GPdI Elohim is located at Sidoarjo, a city in the East Java province of Indonesia. The church is under the leadership of Franklin and Nina Lumoindong.
Interestingly, they stepped into the position of senior leadership during a time of tragedy. In 2006, the senior pastor of the church, Nina’s brother, and his wife perished in the Adam Air crash at Manado.
During that time of emotional turmoil, Franklin and Nina stepped forward to answer the call of God to lead the church. They were supported by some of the church workers who have previously attended the City Harvest Bible Training Centre.

GPdI Elohim adopted City Harvest Church’s (CHC) Bible Study materials and sought the help of CHC in planning their big days, praise and worship as well as the implementation of caring system. The biggest breakthrough they had to date would be their first ever big day in May 2008.
The church saw a record attendance of 4,876 people. In that big day alone, 890 people gave their hearts to Jesus. With the support and collaboration projects with City Harvest Church, the church has grown steadily, both in thier numbers and influence in the local community.
Given the good work that it has been doing, GPdI Elohim is poised to be a light for Jesus in Indonesia and CHC is proud to play a part in making it happen.
