When car forum members come together, it’s not just to discuss car performances, sporty rims and tips on tires and tunings.
On June 12, SG Koupians organized a charity event at the Singapore Flyer for 20 children from the Children’s Aid Society and their volunteers. SG Koupians is the official club for Kia Koup owners in Singapore.
Organized in partnership with JCLM Holdings, the purpose of the event was to give the children a treat, “to put a smile on their faces.” The children, ages ranging from three to 15 were thrilled to get a ride on the Singapore Flyer, followed by a sumptuous meal at Popeye restaurant.
“We’ve benefitted from society in various ways and this is our way of giving back to society, to provide the children with a great time,” says a member of SG Koupians community, who added that more of such events are currently in the pipeline. The group welcomes sponsors and volunteers to come forward to join in their cause for charity.
