City College’s Carnival and Open House, titled Around the World, makes a return this Dec. 10 to 11. Step onto the eerie campus grounds, nibble on street delights of Asia, or pick out knick knacks at the international flea market, among others. All proceeds will go toward City College’s Bursary Fund, a tuition fee support scheme for needy students.
