Christian contemporary music has undergone a “re-tuning” of sorts with the embrace of edgier, techno-tinged sounds in recent years by bands such as Delirious?, Casting Crowns, True Worshippers and many others, but the timelessness of the ‘90s praise and worship tunes remain.
Formed in 1994, UK Christian band PHATFISH has come a long way, playing and recording songs for congregations worldwide—which is why some of you might be familiar with the songs from their latest release, the 14-track Anthems For Worship. It is a new compilation album featuring their most well-known hits like “Holy, Holy,” “There Is A Day” and “Amazing God,” alongside remixes of “Awake Awake O Zion” and “Come Let Us Worship.”
