SINGAPORE, 19 NOVEMBER 2008 — It was a glorious morning as participants took part in the Asia Conference 2008 Golf Cup at the Laguna National Golf & Country Club, Masters Course.
Despite a slight drizzle early in the morning, the tournament began at 7.30am sharp with a tee-off towards the horizon by Tan Ye Peng, Deputy Senior Pastor of City Harvest Church (CHC). From that point, the rest of the morning was plain beautiful.
The golf enthusiasts had a relaxing time enjoying the fellowship, cool breeze and lush green. One golfer declared, “Seeing how it’s been raining almost everyday, this great weather must be a sign that the Asia Conference is off to a great start!”
After a long morning, the group gathered for lunch, followed by a prize-giving ceremony for the competitors. The winner of this friendly tournamnet was Mr Kitribha Mukhim from Brunei.
Get ready — in a few hour’s time, a life-changing Asia Conference is about to begin!
